The unsuccessful party shall pay all costs incurred by the successful party. Notwithstanding the above, ATNS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to institute action in any competent court of law. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These terms and conditions of use constitute the entire agreement between ATNS and the User of this website. Any failure by ATNS to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions of use shall in no way constitute a waiver of such right or provision thereof.
