Unethical conduct is a very important issue that impacts significantly on the health of our organisation. ATNS is totally committed to the goal of a business environment that is at all times open, honest and transparent.

We are also committed to our role as a good corporate citizen and taking a stand against crime in South Africa including the prosecution of offenders. To be effective in that objective, we must eliminate all practices that are in blatant disregard of the law and the company’s policies and procedures.

In this context, and after careful consideration by our Executive Management Team, it has been decided to introduce a completely confidential Ethics Line where employees can report any form of unethical practice, including sexual harassment and racial discrimination, in an anonymous and secure manner.  In doing this, we are following the example of leading companies in South Africa and are keeping in line with standard best practice throughout the corporate world.

An independent service provider with proven expertise in this particular area of operation will be managing the line on behalf of ATNS.
